Kuba’s Kitchen is situated in the heart of a classy Stockholm neighborhood.

When my friends and I arrived at 6 pm we were greeted warmly by Chef Kuba and his assistant. We were led into a charming apartment with a stunning decor. At first we sat in an elegant living room and Chef Kuba provided us with mouthwatering starters and Swedish cider. Then we were led into a beautiful dining room with thematic artwork.

Chef Kuba then provided us with a five course menu that offered a wide variety of delicious dishes. There was a perfect pairing of wines and beer for each dish. Some of the outstanding dishes that we were offered included: White asparagus with lumpfish roe, almonds and ramson; potato dumplings with mushrooms and lingonberries; venison loin, endive, radish and plum sauce; cloudberry granite with vanilla curd; followed by baked rhubarb with cardamom ice cream.

Chef Kuba was very warm, thoughtful and engaging at all times. We all felt that we had an award-winning dining experience and the food and drinks were of highest quality.

We will definitely make a reservation at Chef Kuba’s Kitchen for our next visit in Stockholm!!

Stort tack till Kuba och Paula! Vilka stjärnor! De har skapat en fantastisk, minnesvärd kväll för oss och våra vänner. Maten, dukningen och drycken var allt magiskt och det blev verkligen som att vara på restaurang fast hemma. Kuba och Paula var lätta att samarbeta med, lyhörda för vad vi ville och inte ville. De skapade en meny med tillhörande dryck som var både nytänkande, fräsch och spännande.
